I have experience in all aspects of utility management including billing rate design and customer incentive programs, operations, staffing and compensation, building a positive work culture, communications and outreach, and strategic planning and implementation.

I have served on the Colorado Water Congress (CWC) board of directors for over 10 years and as its board President the last two years. CWC is a highly influential, bi-partisan voice in the Colorado legislature. During my tenure representing the upper Colorado River basin, the board expanded to include the full spectrum of water perspectives in Colorado, including farmers, ranchers, municipalities, environmental, recreational, and tribal interests. I am skilled in leadership in a diverse environment and in making sure all perspectives are heard.
