I am dedicated to ensuring that our local community is adapting to climate impacts while also keeping pace with the need to transition energy sources to clean power.

The first step is to focus on expanding the supply of clean energy from the electricity provider; the second step is to green the demand for power, transitioning from household and commercial equipment that demand fossil fuels to those that demand electricity so that these efforts build on each other. I believe it is not enough just to do our fair share in reducing climate warming emissions.

Holy Cross is an innovative and influential leader and can drive broader change by demonstrating to elected representatives and fellow energy providers that swift and effective change is possible and can be accomplished without over-burdening members with high bills.
